Update the neutron benchmark plots (#27)

* Update neutron_plots.py

import uproot as ur

* fixed another bug in the neutron_plots.py

* different fit for the neutron energy corrections; also add YR requirements

* removed YR requirements from neutron plots; also used a different energy correction formula
