Updates to the SHMS HGC calibration script by Vijay Kumar. The instructions documentation is currently being updated but the updated script and README are functional and should be enough for people to test and use the script if needed

Updated HGCER calibration scripts to function with new Hall C configuration (trimmed branches, renamed objects, reoptimized calibration logic). (#501)

Generalized calibration to first determine appropriate timing cuts (hence new "preprocess" files), removing the need of arbitrary hard-coded timing values.

Updated SHMS HGCER calibration and efficiency scripts to comply with updated calibration for beta and particle ID. Also corrected the timing information to use goodAdcTdcDiffTime branch. Updated new calibration constants. (#342)

Changed calibration script to show timing & beta cut, and changed the cut limits to be consistent with commissioning runs. Updated calibration constants for the HGC as well.

Calibration script now uses normalized energy for particle ID and can update calibration constants directly. Both scripts use PROOF-lite by default. Added a run_cal script for ease of use. README now reflects updated scripts. (#224)
