This repo along with hallac_evio and analyzer all have "cmake" branches
with complete cmake builds.

  Usual trigger time offsets for the 3 FADC crates are set
  in slipstudy.C

  We'll start with version 0.90.0 and increment the second number up to 99.
  Goal is to declare a verison 1.0.0 sometime over the summer.

  To change the version, edit both SConscript.py and Makefile.

  An example GUI to display the periodic report during the analysis
  is included.  (rustats.tcl).  The commands to startup the GUI
  are in hodtest.C, but commented out.

  If the podd docs are built using the ROOT tagfile, then when the hcana
  docs are built using the podd tag file, doxygen crashes.  This commit
  adds building of the podd docs to the hcana doc building Makefile.  The
  podd docs are built without using the ROOT tagfile, so a sed hack is used
  to modify podd's Doxyfile.

  docs/Makefile now builds doxygen docs in docs/html
  If you want documentation to be build elsewhere, define

  Reports generated by
    THcAnalyzer::PrintReport(templatefilename,outputfilename)
    template is copied to output, {stuff} is replaced by the
       value of stuff.  Value can be formated with c formater, eg.
           {stuff:%.2f}
  ThcFormula added to allow more flexibility of variables.
    Can get number of times cuts pass or are called with:
       cutname.npassed (or cutname.scaler) and cutname.ncalled
