  Variable found in a report template is first tested to see if it is a
  Hall C style parameter (in gHcParms).  If not, then tested to see if it
  is a global variable (in gHaVars).

  If ThcAnalyzer::PrintReport sees a format descriptor with 'd' at
  the end, then the value is converted to the nearest int before formatting.

  Reports generated by
    THcAnalyzer::PrintReport(templatefilename,outputfilename)
    template is copied to output, {stuff} is replaced by the
       value of stuff.  Value can be formated with c formater, eg.
           {stuff:%.2f}

    Can get number of times cuts pass or are called with:
       cutname.npassed (or cutname.scaler) and cutname.ncalled

THcHodoscope, a multiplane scintillator array.  Make a Hall
C style spectrometer (so that default Hall A detectors are not
included.)  Can read a Hall C data file and print out hodoscope hits
where the left/right TDC/ADC are matched up per counter.
