Add "Good" variables to calorimeter class
     occupancies and multiplicities
     required to pass time and threshold cut
  Change some variables from arrays to vectors
  Modify how thresholds are calculated
  Remove obsolete variables: posadchits, negadchits
  Add flash adc debug flag
  Correctly delete pointers in destructor
