This allows for a frame to be defined as the subtraction of 2 trds.

adding Fe/Sc HCal model (barrel, both endcaps); moving the HCal display parameters from display.xml to hcal.xml

- Implemented using SimpleDiskTracker

- Renamed the vertex and tracker barrel detectors
