Revert "fix: use InclusiveKinematicsESigma in DIS benchmarks (#22)"

This reverts commit 49e6bc61.

Since that commit, all runs on the most recent release have been failing since there is no ESigma. On the current main branch we introduced eSigma again. After the next release we can revert this revert again.
