benchmarks/diffractive_vm: orchestrate using a Snakefile

According to the validation roadmap, we are looking to be able to run our benchmarks on CI over campaigns and also enable users to easily run them locally. This is a prototype that uses Snakemake to replace some of the shell scripts and achieve the goals.
