Added generic barrel support geometry 

* Similar to the TrapEndcapTracker
* Supports shapes via dd4hep's createShape.
* See `Check_Shape_*.xml` for exmaples https://github.com/AIDASoft/DD4hep/tree/master/examples/ClientTests/compact
