Change naming scheme of SHMS hodoscope in map files

Fix mistakes in good_phodo_2d.cfg

Added README file for parameters.

Filled in information about drift chamber parameters. It can serve
as a template for other good people :)

When using the flag -P , online GUI will output a pdf file with all plots
The name of the pdf file with be the config file name+".pdf"
