Update hhodo.param time offsets

Delete duplicates in hhodoana.def
Add beta and fptime histograms to hhodoana.def

First pass through SHMS DC parameters.

- Fixed some parameters.
- Reformated files.
- Moved some parameters from `pcana.param`.
- Reformated `README.md` in order for pandoc to correctly do nested lists.

Update onlineGUI to output pdf file instead of ps file

When using the flag -P , online GUI will output a pdf file with all plots
The name of the pdf file with be the config file name+".pdf"
