Files for hodo calibration, updated HMS and SHMS hodo parameters  and new scripts for output reports
Add scripts for hms and shms which output report files
Updated cuts files to produce the test needs for the reports.
Created TEMPLATE directory with templates for the reports
Created CALIBRATION/hodo_calib directory for hodoscope calibration

Made replay_hms_report.C which expands on replay_hms.C

Add SHMS hodoscope analysis scripts and def files.  Parameter files will be needed in order to do anything useful.

Add histos hor hodo and cal.  Add new detector maps and new crate map.  Minor changes to the hodo replay script.

Incorporate trigger and hodoscope readout into hdc test stand replay script.  Tidying up before making individual replay scripts.

Split up the parameter files of the SHMS DCs to match what was done with the HMS DCs.

Modified a few things and cleaned up shop.

I still need to add reference times to both HMS and SHMS chamber wiremaps.

- Changed `break` in the runnumber check to `return`. `hcana` was failing in a spectacular way because of that.
- Changed `RunFileNamePattern` to `const char*` to avoid a warning for C++11.
