Modify calibrations of HMS and SHMS calorimeters (#469)

* Add input.dat in CALIBRATION/shms_cal_calib

* Modify calibration code for the SHMS calorimeter. Add parameters of
uncalibrated energy deposition histogram into input.dat.

* Correct howto.txt for the SHMS calorimeter calibration.

* Modify HMS calorimeter calibration. Add parameters of histogram of
uncalibrated energy deposition into input.dat.
