At this point, the master branch is identical with the HEAD of the Release-070 branch (modulo one RCS auto-comment). This is a break in the history. From here on, one should follow Release-070 backwards in time and consider the previous tag, Release-080-candidate, the head of an abandoned branch. I really don't want to fix this with rebasing since we've already pushed the master branch to all kinds of public places.
