THaEvData.h

In THaEvData and THaRunBase, rename fCodaVersion to fDataVersion.
(These classes do not necessarily represent CODA data.) Put CODA
specific handling in CodaDecoder and THaCodaRun.

In THaAnalyzer, only set CODA version once upon initial setup of
the decoder in Init(), not once per event.
