CI Pipeline Confiruation for Simulation and Benchmarks of Zero Degree Calorimeter

Copied ZDC_example.xml in calorimeter directory.
Created run_simulation_zdc.sh with ddsim and hepmc inputfile.
Excluded calorimeter/test directory.
