chore: edm4hep-0.10.5

This PR updates to EDM4hep-0.10.5 (skipping the broken 0.10.4). Diff at https://github.com/key4hep/EDM4hep/compare/v00-10-03...v00-10-05. This requires podio-0.99 to deal with "change ROOTFrame{Writer,Reader} to ROOT{Writer,Reader}", but we already run with that version. After podio-1.0, the deprecation warning will turn into an error.
