Revert "fix: remove --no-cache again"

This reverts commit 8c4e2e17.

I'd rather change it to if grep "unknown blob" build.log || grep "digest mismatch" build.log. When cache works it's much faster.

Sure, this is mostly to see if --no-cache is still effective at all and to see if "digest mismatch" can be remedied by it.
