chore: jana2-2.2.1-rc1

This PR upgrades jana2 to version 2.2.0, requiring an upgrade of podio to 0.17.4 (actually, now that I think about this, it probably doesn't quite require this and only allows it). This jana2 upgrade comes with support for timeslices.

@veprbl Not for May campaign but for merging after May release so it is in time for June campaign
