fix: find ignore_readdir_race

Wouter Deconinck requested to merge find-ignore_readdir_race into master

This PR adds the ignore_readdir_race option to the OCI layer cache purging find in the container build to avoid race conditions of multiple find commands simultaneously purging this cache.
