This fails, I think(!), due to the issue resolved by https://github.com/moby/moby/pull/46471. We upgraded to 24.0.7 recently but somehow there is still a broken layer written by 24.0.5 in the layer cache (the layer that adds the key4hep mirror). This has been a blocker for a few other merge requests here, and is under active investigation. First time I encountered this kind of issue.
