Fix: nightly singularity image builds off wrong docker image

Sylvester Joosten requested to merge fix_nightly_singularity into master

CI variables not behaving like I expected, somehow INTERNAL_TAG is being loaded from the env file instead of the variables field of the child job. Making the nightly singularity build separate from the regular one so there is no ambiguity.
