Symlink /usr/local to point to /opt/view for more intuitive container usage.

Symlinked /usr/local to point to /opt/view, so end-users don't need to know the internal structure of the container. Maybe in a later stage we should just use /usr/local as view tree in the upstream.

Also made a minor tweak to make sure MANPATH is set correctly.
