Retire ATHENA acadia, canyonlands, deathvalley

Wouter Deconinck requested to merge retire-acadia into master

Acadia does not build with newer ActsDD4hep plugin and there's really no point in keeping it around...

Even canyonlands and deathvalley require work to get the newer ip6 structure to work.
