If SINGULARITY_BINDPATH already set, just add to it

Prompted by question from Brian: eic-shell installed on /home, but couldn't access /gpfs since not bound.

With this fix, we can just tell users to export SINGULARITY_BINDPATH outside the container with any paths they may want added (and maybe the system already does).

That makes sense. Let me add one more thing to properly detect /gpfs by default (I thought I already worked around all corner cases).
