Spack: geant4 -threads for ACTS

Wouter Deconinck requested to merge geant4-single-thread into acts-material-scan
  1. We are not currently using geant4 in MT mode
  2. There are suspicions (now shared by Corentin, Shujie, and me) that the ACTS DD4hep material recording tools are not working with geant4 MT mode

Also happy to put this in a separate container tag...
