Use cvmfs sandbox preferably over the sif file.
/cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/eicweb/jug_xl was accepted and will populate starting tonight. Probably preferred going forward once it has been tested that sif and sandboxes are equally functional (past issues with entrypoint support...). It does not require suers to download a full container but just the files that are used, when they are first used.
