Cleanup config and fix compilation warnings (#28)

* add option with flag for dependency installation (OFF by default)

* rename cmake flag

* remove Geant4 version from LCIO naming

* remove unneeded config of Geant4 version

* remove deleted files

* fix some compilation warnings
