Added Tungsten Sampling detector reco script

• Sampling fraction needs to be included
• Extract Sampling fraction as a function of energy (momentum)
• XY projection as a function of depth

Sampling fraction Pion 5 GeV

• Total thickness of 18.9 cm of silicon and 7.5 cm of Tungsten plates
• Total thickness of 23 radiation length
• Here Tungsten sheets account for ~90 % of the 23 radiation length thickness

Above figures is in given 5 GeV electrons and pions.
