fix: remove deprecated algorithms

Wouter Deconinck requested to merge rm-deprecated-algorithms into main

This removes long-deprecated algorithms which are verified not in use anymore in any of the EIC/benchmarks repositories (last removed with [reconstruction_benchmarks!316][1]).

This also expose TrackingHitsCollector2 as TrackingHitsCollector for name migration.
