Added new source tracking hit source linker

Whitney Armstrong requested to merge trk_init into master
  • TrackingHitsSourceLinker takes multiple TrackerHitCollections
  • Creates the source link for all hits (= tracker hit + surface object )
  • Hopefully this improves the track reconstruction for the VertexCluster Track Param init (shown below)
