Updated clustering and added MC truth info

  • Modified Cluster/ProtoCluster in EICD for more streamlined code

  • ProtoCluster now uses VectorMembers for more efficient cluster reconstruction with smaller memory footprint

  • Now optionally link the Cluster to its corresponding mcparticle

  • Got rid of extraneous ClusterInfo structures
