Rename detector types to have prefix ecce_

rename-detector-types-to-prefix-ecce into main

This avoids the name clashes when having both athena and ecce repositories installed.

@sly2j Please keep this in mind when working on the tracker. It will require a ecce_ prefix in any tracker plugins.
