Change `sens.setType("photoncounter")` to tracker

Wouter Deconinck requested to merge photoncounter-to-tracker into master

There is no functional difference between the data stored by PMTHitCollection and TrackerHitCollection, except that the former is not available in edm4hep.

  • Figure out the impact of minimum edep; i.e. how can we avoid throwing out everything when we require edep > 1 keV?
