Solenoid: Updated material description

Merged Wouter Deconinck requested to merge solenoid-updated-material-list into master
  • Added MLI as 80 kg/m3 Mylar/Vacuum
  • Coil thickness 200 mm -> 210 mm
  • Coil overbind 200 mm -> 50 mm
  • Coil former and end support from Steel235 -> Aluminum
  • Inner helium vessel 20 mm -> 15 mm
