implement proximity focusing RICH for e-endcap

  • close #110 (closed)
  • name TBD, currently set to eRICH
  • 60cm long cylinder between Z=-210cm and Z=-150cm, with the outer radius up to the DIRC inner radius - 1-2cm
  • uses mostly the same materials as dRICh, except for the gas, C4F10
