Include machine learning model training for roman pots detectors in reconstruction benchmarks

I think, this would belong in detector_becnhmarks. Detectors are only as good as we can interpret their data, there is no interpretation without a detector. We don't need separate reconstruction benchmarks, I would suggest to deprecate this repo.
