ci: enable dRICH benchmarks and run 3 fixed-eta tests

ci-drich into master
  • enable the new dRICH benchmarks in CI pipelines
    • updated config.yml with a build job and a run benchmarks job
    • add --ci option to run_benchmark.rb to make sure final artifacts are in results/[SIMULATION_MODE]/
  • run 3 fixed-eta tests
  • style: "event generation" and evgen in run_benchmark.rb should refer to "simulation", not event generation
