Full reconstruction: add GeneratedParticles output collection

This adds GeneratedParticles in the structure (but not order) of ReconstructedParticles, based on mcparticles with status == 1. I.e. this is the truth initial state that people should be able to run their analysis against (if they only ReconstructedParticles).
