Benchmark for running time

This benchmark just determines fixed overhead and running time / event using two simulations with 1 event and 1000 events. This only includes e- at 1*GeV for now, but is matrixed for easy expansion.

Wish there was a way to track sudden changes compared to previous commits, e.g. if > 20% increase vs previous, then fail the test.
