Fixed the pi0 benchmarks

Marshall Scott requested to merge fix-pi0 into master

I created pi0 generator, analysis, reader, and run files. The pions version of these files were altered to run the pi0s, which is incorrect. The pi0s are fixed with this, and the other file will be fixed presently.
