add material map scripts

Scripts to generate material map for ACTS with instructions on modifying mapping configurations.

@shujie can you implement a chain of calling these scripts (all of them) in the right order for each commit? Doesn't have to be many geantinos, or events, just enough to make sure this is still working as we upgrade acts etc.

Nope I can not make the script fully automated. A human still need to modify the geometry configuration manually follow the instruction.

And this script is for <=v21 only. We will have a different set of script for acts >v24. So the purpose of this PR is just to provide essential scripts to help whoever wants to generate a material map.
