Add lowq2 benchmarks

Adds a first draft of benchmarks for the LOWQ2 detector to build on.

Training script relies on full reconstruction provided in EICrecon branch https://github.com/eic/EICrecon/tree/266-integrate-lowq2-tagger-reconstruction
