DETECTOR_PATH now $LOCAL_PREFIX/share/$DETECTOR

  • This should not cause any issues since it should be the root of detector XML files
  • DETECTOR_PREFIX is where you can find the detector repos used to install the into $LOCAL_PREFIX and populate the $DETECTOR_PATH
  • This is meant to be a cleaner interface
