WIP: digitization and reconstruction scripts for SoLID calorimeter and cherenkov detectors

I am working on implementing some scripts for the digitization and hits reconstruction from these major detectors. It will be standalone scripts for early stage tests, and we can integrate them it into the analysis framework later.
