Started to work on full solid detector

Whitney Armstrong requested to merge whit/NPDet:full_solid into master
  • Focusing on SIDIS config first
  • using compact/solid directory to store detector includes
  • Need to document main coordinate system (especially between SIDIS/PVDIS)
