hel_scalers_<runno>.json file being created at top level of replay directory

I think this is fixed in the newer singularity container(?)

But it is present in hallac_container/1.8.0 -- is there an easy workaround (short of sleeping until it shows up and "mv'ing" it after the replay completes?
