Reconstruct particle ID from RICH

From digitized hits reconstruct the particle type. Using the pythia benchmark datasets (https://eicweb.phy.anl.gov/EIC/benchmarks/-/issues/1) create a simple algorithm that assigns a pid probability for hadrons.
