Updated the 41 and 100 GeV magnet lattice numbers. Will need to be reviewed again with Scott when he is available.

- Currently there is a difference of 4 to 5 mm that needs to be taken off
 the beampipe radius so that there are no overlaps in acts.
- Acts seems add 2 mm to each volume as an "envelope"  or buffer.
- It is not clear to me where in the ACTS code this is done.
- I have tried modifying the arguments of `convertDD4hepDetector` (https://github.com/acts-project/acts/blob/main/Plugins/DD4hep/include/Acts/Plugins/DD4hep/ConvertDD4hepDetector.hpp#L89) without success
- I have also added arguments via the extension `addValue` without any impact.
- It is not clear whether the bug is on the Plugin side (eg https://github.com/acts-project/acts/blob/main/Plugins/DD4hep/include/Acts/Plugins/DD4hep/DD4hepVolumeBuilder.hpp)  or the core library side (eg https://github.com/acts-project/acts/blob/main/Core/include/Acts/Geometry/CylinderVolumeBuilder.hpp)
