Electron endcap ECAL, Glass outer ring implementation needed

Realistic EEEMCal detector need to be implemented for electron arm ECAL.The EEEMCAL size as shown in the Sketchup - based on a CAD mechanical model. This implementation has 1628 PWO and 2778 glass blocks and a weight of ~10 US tons (radiator only) - the frame is based on that of the JLab HallD FCAL insert and includes cooling blocks on the outside. PWO block is 2.05 x 2.05 x 20.0 cm^3, Glass block is 4.0 x 4.0 x 40.0 cm^3
